If I could give a zero rating I could. We bought a home from this dealership as a 2nd home to be placed in the mountains and gave all the information the dealership requested. We were promised a site visit and several other steps prior to our closing and ensuring our home could being delivered. No site visit was ever done after our 20 percent down payment was taken. They sent out several contractors and we had to pay several thousands of dollars to have the site ready. After jumping thru months of hoops we were told the home would not fit and they made every excuse not to deliver our home. The manager Ken went so far as to threaten to cancel our deal after the closing because they did not accurately account for the cost to deliver the home. After fighting for months they finally took our home out to the site. The contractor that set the home never finished the foundation or skirting work. The damage to the home that was sustained in transit took over 8 months to be addressed and was never properly fixed. The additional refrigerated air package we purchased took almost a year to be ordered and installed. The installation only happened after several dozen emails and phone calls which should have never been our responsibility to set up or coordinate. After several attempts to reach out to the dealership on a leak that was sustained as part of the damage they have sent one response that we are out of warranty. I have sent several additional messages stating this was due to damage that previously addressed and not fixed. This was met with no response. This is only the half of what went wrong with this deal I would advise anyone looking for a home to go anywhere else. Its a large important purchase spend that money without the headache and go to any other dealership.
