Good luck ever trying to get in touch with them over the phone. The phone service is absolutely atrocious and shows how little cottonwood actually cares about its residents.

Great place to live! I got my apartment, and the garage is abnormally huge. The renovated units are outstanding, but so is the price. The classic models are very reasonable for the area and type of place. The jym is large and has a great selection of machines. The pool won't be open till May though. The upgraded units are worth the price. They are built like Sherman tanks. I am on a busy corner, but I cannot hear the traffic.

Loudest downstairs neighbor I have ever had in my life. There is an older man who lives under me, and since the day I moved in he has made my life hell. He blasts the TV in his living room so loudly that it rattles my floor for hours everyday and I can hear the music and dialogue word for word. He slams his door as hard as he can every time he uses it. Time of day means nothing and he is a nightmare at all hours early or late. I have never experienced a downstairs neighbor generate such a living nightmare. He also appears to be mentally disabled and literally moans loudly all day everyday which gets annoying after so long. I have to wear noise cancelling headphones to live in my $2000/mo apartment. I would not recommend anyone live here.
