I called and was told they'd be open until 3:30 on Saturday. So I loaded up my metal, flagged the piece sticking 8 ft. out the back of my truck and drove the 128 miles from Seward. I arrive at their location at 2:30 pm. Their sign states they are open until 4. Their website says 3:30 as they stated on the phone but no one is here. No one answers their bell or phone number. Guess how I'm feeling! I get to drive around Anchorage all day with pipe sticking out of the back end of the truck. I'd like to put it somewhere else!

Everyone was nice and quick. I called prior to know pricing and I was told .90 for insolated and she gave it to me for .95 without me asking for more. They kind of guessed the worth of my trash cans which was weird but it's okay first time ever selling copper.

Don't bother dealing with these people. Watched them zero out the scale then subtracted the box and pallet weight on top of it. When I called the lady out on it she got really angry. After a bit of arguing I said fine, just pay me and I'll leave and her response was they weren't going to buy from me so I could just take my stuff and leave. Real quality customer service if you ask me.

Great location to recycle any metal you have. You can actually get a fair amount of money for extra copper plumbing pipes or electrical wiring from a home remodel. Recommended!
