They did a good job of fixing my vehicle for hail. However, they did not give me the information on who fixed it. When I asked for the invoice for the repair, they stopped contacting me. I feel that I was taken advantage of because they didn't provide any receipts or records for whomever had fixed my vehicle. When I asked what I would do if I had future issues, they said just bring it back. What do I do when you guys close shop?
And now they are gone...beware of pop-up dent repair places.

I'm sure that Hail Star is excellent at what they do but here is my experience just trying to get the them to give me a quote. I found Hail Star from a Google search. Reviews looked pretty good. I live about 50 miles from the business and stopped in one day to see if they could fix a dent. The young lady at the desk said nobody was there to look at it so she took down my name, phone number and email, saying someone would contact me with a ballpark quote based on some pictures she took. Two days pass and no call. So I call them and apparently she wrote the number down wrong, and I guess the email address was written down wrong as well?? When I planned another trip into town, I called the day ahead to be sure someone was going to be there that could look at the dent. She said to come after 10:00. I arrive about 11:30 and was approached by a guy that said he was there by himself and the tech would be back soon. He made a call to confirm and asked if I could wait 15 minutes. And I did. Fifteen minutes pass and I was getting a bad feeling that this place was not an ideal business that I wanted to deal with so I left. I'll take my business elsewhere and from a business standpoint, I'd say they were very unprofessional and the way they jerked this potential customer around was inexcusable.
