Highly impressed with Legacy Dent  I had my 2016 Lexus RC that had a pretty good size door ding in the driver side back quarter panel repaired this week at Legacy Dent. Dean fully explained the process & what it would take to complete the repair. He was able to knock out the dent & the quarter panel looks brand new! He also did a detail on my car with a sealant. This was something new to me, I have only had my cars hand waxed previously. Dean explained how the sealant would provide a higher level of protection verses just a wax. I agreed to try it & I am so glad I did. When I picked up my car yesterday, it looked like it did the day I drove it off the car lot for the first time. I have never used a dent repair shop before & was a little reluctant. Dean took the time to explain the process & the timing it would take to complete the job. The work he did on my car far exceeded my expectations. Dean is very meticulous & his workmanship exhibits that. His professionalism was outstanding. My vehicle a 2013 Lexus RX350 sustained damage while backing and striking a tree. The driver's side rear quarter panel had two good size dents along with some paint damage. Legacy Dent was recommended by my son-in-law. I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Dean who explained the complete process of the repair in detail. Dean was great and kept me updated and completed the repair at a great price. Keep in mind, that Caliber Collision quoted the repair for $2,200 and stated that a paintless dent repair could not be performed. Dean completed the repair and the dents are gone!!! The paint was touched up and I am very satisfied with the results. Dean saved me almost $2,000!!! You can rest assure that I will be using Dean in the future. Thanks again Dean for providing excellent work and customer service!
