      image Lisa Williamson was my agent and extremely unhappy with the tax services there. Did not fully file my taxes properly asking me to do certain things myself, wasted time and money, and yet as of this moment still wasting time traveling to other HR block locations that are closed and no one there to fix my stuff. Very extremely disappointed as i have been with HR block for about 10 years and never had an issue like this!
