Come here if you want to be bullied by old ladies with no life. I was splurging for my birthday and went on a shopping spree. An old lady who was a worker at Lululemon asked me what school I went to and I said I went to a private school. Then I went to a changing room and overheard her say to her coworker that I was an entitled private school kid throwing my money everywhere. Made me feel horrible on my birthday.

I walked in and walked out. None of the staff greeted me at the door. Two staff members, an older white woman and white man, looked at me and kept talking. Looks like they have very intentional poor customer service. You should be careful how you treat people. You never know who you could be disrespecting and as a result destroy your reputation. More importantly, the companys reputation.
In this economy, these people are lucky to be working. I will not be surprised when Lululemon has their layoffs again and this location is first.

Jenna was such a big help with an exchange of a broken sweatshirt. She was able to order me a new one and was so polite! Great customer service

Edit- its been a couple years since I last visited them with my disappointing experience and they never got back to me to offer a solution. I will never return here and purchase their overpriced clothes. Costco workout gear is much better and they treat their customers better! Lululemon management please take a page out of their book and treat your customers right!
Original review- I usually have a good experience here. However, I tried to return an item which was unworn/unwashed with tags attached but past the 30 day mark. The manager Anna was pretty rude in saying no we wont return it. I tried to explain to her that the product doesnt fit and isnt performing to its level. She kept repeating herself that returns cannot be performed after 30 days. I tried to tell her that I was on travel and just returned and finally got around to trying the product now. She didnt care and repeated herself as if I was a child and very loudly so everyone in the store was starting. I was pretty embarrassed. I checked online and saw that Lululemon has a quality policy where if an item isnt performing, it can be returned or exchanged for another product which can be done at the store as well. So I am Pretty upset at how this was handled. The staff here is only nice if you want to spend $$ and once you try to return something say it is not working for you, they get extremely rude. Also they tend to only greet folks that look like them and on multiple occasions no one has greeted me here because I was dressed down and probably not part of their usual lululemon wearing crew. Lululemon leadership if you are reading this, please reach out to me on how we can fix it? The store manager should be listening to customers concerns and offering solutions and not just repeating policies like a robot and being short with them. Extremely disappointed! I will leave bad reviews everywhere for lululemon till someone reaches out and makes it right.

My mother who is visiting the US wanted to visit a Lululemon store. Since, this was the nearest one we walked into this one. Christina was very helpful with her advice while selecting the right product and the right fit for my Mom and . She made the entire shopping experience very comfortable. She made sure to listen to whatever my Mom had to say and made suggestions accordingly. She made every effort to understand my Mom's concerns and I would definitely give Christina five golden stars. She is smart, very understanding and also makes sure to genuinely help customers.
