We were seated graciously by the host at about 6:55. By 7:14, we had no drinks and no introduction or greeting from the server. The restaurant was not busy. At that time, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Pf Chang’s will forever be one of my favorite restaurants to eat. The customer Srvc is always flawless. The only thing I would say that’s not always pleasing is the fact that you can sometimes tell the difference in the way different chefs prepare the food by the taste, texture, & the sauce. I’m a ginger chicken and broccoli fanatic & last Saturday the broccoli was soft, the ginger sauce was thick & I could actually taste the ginger however, in the early part of the week the ginger sauce was watery, I couldn’t taste the ginger at all & the broccoli was hard. Because this is a franchise all the meals should come out tasting almost if not the same. Regardless of the difference in the taste Pf Chang’s will try their best to correct the problem if it’s brought to their attention and I’ve neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr once had a bad customer Srvc experience with this franchise.

Food was excellent, so tasty service is excellent. Waitress very friendly and pleasant. Can't wait to return.

I've been here about maybe 5 times or less. Every single time, the service has been lacking. My servers are nowhere to be seen and 2 out of 5 times they forgot I even ordered an appetizer. I actually only go here due to my mil's insistence but as far as americanized chinese food goes, this is terrible.

We waited about 8 minutes to be greeted. Then when we were seated, the server told me they don’t carry everything on their menu due to being a “tester” location. Then she said “check your hair” someone in the kitchen has spilled a sauce into the air that landed on our booth and on my seat. Absolutely disgusting. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and this time around was even worse than the first time. This location is a negative from now on. Our food was hot but not good. We asked for the Chang’s spicy chicken to be extra spicy and it was not even close to being spicy at all. It took about 20 minutes for her to bring my drink out. Lol it was a joke, the whole experience.
