I had a reservation scheduled for about 3 weeks. I received a call 1 week prior to pick up to confirm my type of vehicle (Mini Van) and date, time. Then again I received another call 3 days before pick up. Here comes 1 hour before I am supposed to pick up my vehicle...I receive a call explaining that due to a recall they don't have a mini van for me. They could only offer me a pick up truck. Due to my number of passengers that would not work. So I was forced to call multiple other rental car business's on a Friday at 4-5pm to try to track down a mini van during spring break. Everything place I called had none. Also no other places mentioned anything about recalls for mini vans...not even other Enterprise locations I called. Enterprised ended up saying that have an explorer that could let us use but by this time I was able to track down an Expedition at Hertz in St. Charles. This will be the last time I use Enterprise. I was blown away how they could way until the very last minute to make this news known to me. It was a major inconvience.

When I first got rental the Latina woman said I got everything covered from mileage to gas but when I returned the rental the white red haired woman said she was going to charge extra for gas tank when even on my rental agreement said I was covered and even said I was lying and it's miscommunication that I was wrong. The rental was also on a spare tire. The Latina woman professional but not the white lady.
