GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENFE. tech was in communication and timely. Explained everything will. I just wish the pricing could have been about 10.00 less for the 2 small repairs. Oh well! I'd use then again.

I had work done on my car and its already failing. And i went to show them and they said id get new parts and havent heard back in 2 weeks and ive been calling just to get some answers and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE EVER.

Had my jeep serviced here almost 2 years ago. I originally had damage near the front passenger wheel which was fixed. But they removed the back window seal strip even though it wasnt damaged and didnt need to be removed, they explained the part was on back order every time I tried to call to have it replaced. Seems as though they used mine for another vehicle, and now give me the run around when I ask for it to be replaced.Very shady

Total lack of communication and care! My wife dropped her car off on Jan 9th for a minor bumper repair. She was told the car would be ready the next day. After 6 days, we still dont have the car back although weve been told 3 times now that it would be ready the next day. Because of this, weve had to rent a car twice. Also the location is very hard to reach by phone and they never call back despite promises that they would. I can understand that they have no control on part supplies. However the total lack of communication and zero customer care is 100% on them. Its the last time were using Gerber!

My car went there for repairs after I was rear ended. It came back with deep scratches in the paint on both the front driver and passenger side doors.
They probably wont do anything to fix it.
