      image Living at Barranca Square has been great. The management has always been nice, whenever we put in a maintenance request they always send someone to fix it the next morning. The only downside is no dishwasher or in unit laundry, & the communal laundry machines do cost money. If you go into it knowing & are ok with these things, then you’ll be good. I’ve lived here a year now with no problems & am going to live here for another year.

      image 2 doors drilled into, 3 cars broken into, massive brawl in the parking lot damaging 1 car, and I went through a home invasion at 4:00 AM at night. There is always trash in the parking lot and even on the second floors. There is no security, it is not a friendly environment to study, and the walls are hollow enough to hear people outside, inside, and even upstairs. I've had 4 panic attacks while living hear. Save the crippling anxiety and stress for your schooling AND NOT IN THIS PLACE
