image When I first checked in I thought this would be a wonderful stay but turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! Countless issues including random unauthorized charges on my credit card with no sort of explanation from management . DO NOT COME HERE ! They will rob you blind out of your money and act like they dont know whats going on . The staff is shady and this hotel definitely needs to be investigated with the underhanded stuff they do there . Its also not safe with the police being called every other day on customers they most likely put out unfairly .
Safety: Police get called way too often , safety is an issue
Noteworthy details: Your card will continuously get overcharged even AFTER you leave the hotel , staff is not trust worthy, they will put you out of that hotel for speaking up or call them on their bs

image Significant other was harassed and assaulted by a gust. when bought to the attention of hotel staff General Manager Jessica made the decision to kick victims out because the offender made a scene at the front desk where police were called to remove him from the premises. We received a consequence just because we spoke up. Not a safe hotel and the demographic of people vary from shelters and different programs I suggest finding a better hotel with cameras and cameras with audio. General Managers Competency needs to be re-evaluated. She has no control of her facility the people that are placed for extended stays while they wait for assistance take priority over real issues.

image keep an eye on your credit card. This hotel is known to charge your card for random amounts at various times
mostly after midnite. It's usually after you have already paid and it is not a one time charge. When you question staff they tell you they will investigate ,give you ack of info
lie then come back saying you need to show them your payments and that you never paid the amount due. Next thing you know they put you out because you are on to them. I read some reviews by customers that have written in complaining once you leave how they keep charging your card. Protect your credit cards and financial info.Be forewarned
Stay away!! There isnt any clear management at the White Marsh location.Until Corporate hires a creditable outside company to go in and do a real audit this fraudulent and thievery is going to
continue.
