So far so good. They were very responsive after I submitted an online request. They came out for a free estimate. I’ll give them 3 stars for the responsiveness. Their prices were not the best and we went with another company.

Did a wonderful job, fast, professional the whole crew, very good price. I will be using this tree company again. I will need another tree taken down in the fall, and will be calling them. The crew cleaned up everything as if they were never there.

Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. I had them remove 5 large Pine trees. Other vendors asked if they could use my neighbor's driveway to limit lawn damage. Not These guys. Even though I told them they could use the driveway next door, they ignored that and destroyed my front lawn. They did not use a crane, just dropped the 120 foot+ trees freestyle and took out half of a beautiful sugar maple in the front yard and slashed a section out of the spruce trees in the back yard that was previously a nice screen for the neighbor's yard. the sub-contractor for the stump removal demanded I pay in cash suggesting I run to the ATM while he did the work. Then I had to insist he rake the mulch into the holes as agreed to with Fernando of Express Tree Service.
After I complained and threatened not to pay, they came back to clean up the trash they left in my yard (cigarette box, drink bottles, etc.) I made them at least trim up the spruce tree so it didn't appear to have a hole in its foliage. There is no hope of recovery for my mature Maple tree that is now missing 1/3 of its limbs.
If you want a bunch of guys to leave trash in your yard and damage your property, these are the guys for you. Services: Stump removal, Tree removal

This is my experience with this company. The takeaway from this review being that I would use them again, but they have room for improvement. I needed two trees removed from my yard. Both were incredibly close to a neighbor's fence and shed. One of them was entwined in a tree I wanted to keep. Not an easy job but they were maybe 20 feet tall at most and not a super thick trunk. First estimate from a company called USA Tree Service was $3500. They would only go down to $3000. I knew that was absurd. I called this company for an estimate. The man came out, walked around both trees, I explained to him that I wanted to keep the one tree that the other was consuming. He seemed to understand and gave an estimate of $800. Needless to say I was shocked. It seemed exceedingly low. I even said to him "you would not believe what another company quoted me." I then reached out to schedule the service. The company said Thursday through Saturday they were "wide open". I chose Saturday so that I would be home. On Friday the company reached out in the morning and said they could not do Saturday anymore and needed to come today if possible. I said okay but that i would not be there until 5pm after work so they would have to wait until then for payment. They said that was fine. I then got a call at work when they arrived. The woman who works in the office said the men at the site told her it was not an $800 job, that it would be a considerable amount of time to get the one tree cut out from the other and that it was $1500. While this is still a reasonable price I was annoyed that it was almost double the estimate on top of being rescheduled last minute. I told her $1000 seemed more fair. She called back and attempted to explain how complicated it was and that it needed to be $1500. She even said she could send me photos the men took of the trees. I told her I live here and I walked back there with the estimator so I'm well aware of what my own yard looks like. I said some compromise needed to be made on their end. She came back with $1300 which I accepted. All that being said the price was still a good price compared to the first company by a lot. The work was done well for what was a complicated job. The clean up was good for what was messy work (you can't drive up to my back yard so they had to chip at the road which meant a lot of back and forth and dust and they did a valiant effort in cleaning that up). So I will say you should use this company but keep the estimate in mind when saying yes. If it sounds too low it is. And keep your schedule flexible.
