Horrible. I had an appointment for 9am. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up. I called the store up in Towson and they said they could take me in right away.
I recommend that whoever was supposed to be at the Eastern Ave location on Sunday, Nov 19 at 9am be fired unless there was some extreme circumstance.

Poor service. Took several minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door and I was the only person there. After the mechanic looked at my truck he said he would give me an estimate. That took about 30 minutes before he began working on it.

Absolute life saver. I had an emergency on the highway and when I arrived at the service center everyone I met was not only helpful but extremely kind. Hands down the best service!
