Working with majestic homes was absolutely seamless! They were so easy to work with, and they will do anything to fulfill the needs you have for your new home. My husband and I purchased a home from them this summer and we couldnt be more happy with it. We definitely pushed their limits with the time frame of when we needed our home done, and they did everything they could to make it happen. My family has bought homes with them before and each experience weve had has been great. We feel they arent just selling you a home but truly want you to be happy with it. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I waited a while to live in our house before we did a review. We have lived in our house for little over a year now and we love it for the most part. The experience of building a home is very stressful but very rewarding when all is said and done. As for the review of majestic Ill start with the beginning of the process with Jacque of selecting a house, customizing it, and ordering. This process was very smooth and straightforward and Jacque was amazing. We always had questions and he always helped us find the answers to them. I would say that he throughout the whole process he was one of the best players. After we ordered our house we waited for it to be delivered, and when it did the crane crew was great. They got our house set up without any problems. After the house was set we began the next phase of the process and that was having majestic finish up the inside of the house. And this is where my 3 star review comes into play. For the most part of our house is solid, but the little things and some finishing work was very pour to say the least. Little things like our carpet being laid wrong, trim pieces with big gaps along the baseboards, goofy plumbing and some bubbles linoleum, insulation in our oven hood and some exterior issues we were sort of disappointed. This is where Grahm came into play, and he was amazing as well. For the most part he did everything he could to repair most of the problems we encountered with our home. Some of the issues that we had Grahm couldnt do and majestic had some subcontractors do the work and thats where we really ran into issues. The crews that helped put our house to 100 percent seemed to do some very shanty work. And we had to have them come multiple times to look at things and repair things such as our roof siding and soffit and fascia. After about a year we were able to get them to finish repairing most of the things that we had for them but it wasnt without my wife constantly calling and emailing asking when they were going to finish the tasks we had for them. When all is said and done we enjoy our house and we loved the process for the most part. Our biggest issues were the little things that seemed to have been rushed and done haphazardly that came with the finishing work and the repairs. In an overall sense majestic is good they built a solid home, Jacque, Grahm, and Walt do well at their jobs and help the best they can. I would say they are the shining stars of the process but the crews in which they hire are not. My advice to anyone who is looking at purchasing a home is to make sure they are on top of the repairs and take nothing but 100 percent of what they want their house to look like. Hope this helps anyone who is interested in majestic homes.
