Mr.Jk Guin was so sweet and kind to me very patient even with all the rude customers he had before me he still managed to make sure I had great service and I thank him so much

Enterprise Homewood always has the best customer service, is fast, and prioritizes making sure their clients are safe and happy. I recently had the opportunity to work with Brad and have been nothing but satisfied with this location!

On Dec 2, 2023. I rented a car from this location (400 Palisades Blvd). The car was involved in an accident. Another party struck the vehicle from behind. We called 911, exchanged information, and the Jefferson County Sheriff did the accident report. Enterprise was notified the same day and given all of the other driver's policy information. Geico then took claim and fault for the accident. This claim could have been settled the same month if Mr. Diaz actually did his job. I am still being harassed by Gary J. Diaz Recovery Specialist and This Enterprise Rent-A-Car Location. He made poor attempts to reach out to Geico which at the time said no one from Enterprise tried to reach out after they took fault for the accident. Instead, he has been harassing me since December through phone, mail, and email. For an amount of $1576.48. Telling me he doesn't care about what Geico is saying, and they don't have to pay. He needs to be retrained or fired and is trying to bully me for an amount that I do not owe. It's like he is trying to collect the amount from me and then turn around and get it from Geico as well. Very shady business practice. And now this local Enterprise where I rented the car is harassing me as well because once again there is no communication between anyone within the enterprise company. I wish to be completely left alone by Mr. Diaz, the local Enterprise car rental location and Enterprise as a company. They are causing me to miss work and handle tasks, clearing up their confusion. It's unacceptable.
