Denied my case because of personality. Didnt seem to care about me nor my case. He told me to file an insurance claim through my own insurance. He said thats why youre paying for car insurance. (The other person ran a red light) and his insurance is only taking liability for 80%.

Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I set up an online consultation (With Kurt Holzer I believe) to see if I had a case and he was extremely rude and borderline insulting.
After their Zoom system not working, he asked me what I was calling about. After explaining what happened to me, he asked me what the point of my case was, what the company did that was negligent, and why they should be liable in an extremely condescending and rude tone like I was wasting his time. He basically wanted me to explain every detail of why I would have a case and why he should care, when the entire reason I was calling was to get more information from the "professional" to see if I had a case in the first place. I'm not a lawyer, of course I don't know what would constitute a legal claim. He made it very clear I have no case and was wasting his time.
I called a different firm and they were very receptive and told me I do in fact have a case and took it immediately.
I was literally just calling to see if I had a case, I have no legal knowledge and was made to feel stupid because I didn't know the nuances of what my case would be.
There are plenty of other firms out there that will treat you with respect, even if you just want to ask some questions.
