Couldn't be happier with their service. Went in to order flower arrangements for my mother's funeral. They went out of their way to help walk me through the process and guide through colors and styles. They gave great recommendations and were sensitive to what my budget needs were.
Super friendly and personable folks that sincerely cared about helping get exactly what I wanted.

Don't expect a friendly receptionist. Prices are 'meh. '
Called to request a quote on a corsage, wrist style immediately apologizing I needed it same day and requesting a quote. The woman answering the phone had to check with the florist if they could do it. She came back and I specified what I would like and she complained about having to ask them again. Initially I apologized for not telling her the flower and colors I needed. I gave her the info (she sighed "hold on" and she came back saying that they couldn't do rose but they could do a white flower but didn't specify what flower. I asked for a price and she started trying to collect my contact info. I asked for a price before we went through all that and she asked "you're going to make me ask them again?" Well duh, I called for a quote... When she came back with an median price I told her I felt like I was a huge inconvenience for her and would go elsewhere. "K, bye" click.
Congratulations on all your success and not needing any more customers, but I would kindly request you just tell people you're too busy instead of having such a begrudgingly cold person taking calls and making people feel like an inconvenience to get them to go away. Maybe give her a Vaca to chipper up.

Im disappointed with this bouquet. For $70 (not including delivery or processing), it only has two roses and the rest are carnations. The business did offer to deliver a couple roses for me to put in the bouquet to bulk it up a bit, but I feel that I could have received much better quality elsewhere for nearly $90 total. It loosely resembles the photo on the website from the florist, but perhaps 1/3 of the value represented.

My daughter had her first baby so I had flowers delivered. (One of the many greatest, most exciting times in your life) I live in Oregon so I I bought a bouquet from their website. I spent $ 76 (plus $5 tip) and it looked NOTHING like what I thought I was buying. The picture was very deceiving. I was extremely disappointed and upset. It was not what I thought I was sending to my daughter on her special day!! It was a complete a waste of money. I would never them a star but that was the only way I could post.

I placed my order very late an it was still delivered. I ordered a designers choice bouquet and it was one of the nicest I have ever ordered. My wife loved them!
