Hotel has a weird smell. Lite some incenses to get rid of the smell then was charged a smoking fee. What a joke.

We spent July 10th and 11th at this hotel to a funeral. The prices were very expensive and the service was very bad. We went to the funeral and came back no one changed our linen or gave us fresh towels and washcloths. We called downstairs they said they only change the linen, towels and wash every five days. I said no one told us about that so they gave us a bag with line and towels for the night. We did not have any fresh coffee in the room for the next day, and downstairs in the lobby the coffee was almost $4. dollars for a cup and it didn’t even work.
When a senior citizen told the young hostess that she was waiting a long time for her carry out breakfast, the hostess cursed out the senior citizen lady. I don’t know of any hotels that a manager is not here 24 seven.
I will never stay at this hotel again. 1 star.

We’re SO glad that we chose to stay at the Holiday Inn in Bridgeport, CT. The online booking process was fast, easy and simple. The price per night was very good when compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. We found them to be accommodating and helpful with navigating the local area recommendations.
…And just to let you know, complimentary breakfast is not included, but it’s available for an additional $5 per person. We went with the breakfast deal, and I must say that it was well worth it! There’s also a $10 fee per day if you use the parking garage. —Metered street parking is available near the hotel if that is preferable. Check-in/out was quick and easy as well.
I am pleased to say that the accommodations were EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was secure, spacious and IMMACULATE! The hotel currently gives the option of daily room service; or opting for clean linen/towels and amenities only when requested during the stay. Other amenities, such as weight room, dining-in or room service, lobby coffee station and lounge, business center, laundry room, ice and vending machines, etc. are readily available. I believe the pool is currently closed (I think) due to COVID-19 health restrictions.
Well, our three night stay at this hotel was great, and the quality and high standard of service have exceeded our expectations. It is without a doubt that we will plan to stay at this gorgeous Holiday Inn whenever we need to be in Bridgeport, CT.
