They simply took my money and did not deliver flowers. When they reached out via e-mail to see if I was satisfied I informed them the flowers were not delivered and they elected not to respond. Their customer service representative (reached after an epically long phone prompt tree) in response to my greeting her and explaining that my order was never delivered, blared music in my ear (not hold music, just put the receiver next to a radio or something) and subsequently hung up. If you would like to donate money to avis flowers, by all means place an order, just do not expect anything in return, they take you money and that's it. Avoid at all costs.

I and my daughter have bought flowers here numerous times and they always have beautiful bouquets at reasonable prices.

I ordered from Avas flower on Saturday 5/13 for Mothers Day , Sunday 5/14. Today , Tuesday 5/16 the order was delivered!
I wont ever purchase from this florist!!!
