First and foremost Id like to say Mike Casey is absolutely amazing I am blessed to have the luxury of being affiliated with Watershed BJJ were I currently attend as a student in Fredericksburg, Va under Shawn Maines who is an absolute pleasure to call my coach, Mentor, & friend! Mike Casey had recently came to the Fredericksburg area and I was fortunate enough to attend a seminar and Im am so grateful for the amazing knowledge that Mike was kind enough to share with everyone at the seminar! With the help of two absolutely amazing inspirational individuals in Mike a Shawn after 5 months of training BJJ I had recently decided to go out of my comfort zone an compete in competition in back to back weeks . I managed to get 2nd place in 130 pound No-GI & the following week I had to be bumped up to 154 pound division weighing roughly 120 pounds in the GI with all odds against me I managed to secure the submission with 9 seconds on the clock ! Needless to say if you ever have the opportunity take my advice and please do yourself a favor an seize the opportunity to train with the absolute best in the art ! Thank you Mike you are an absolute legend and a inspiration in my eyes .

I had the privilege of attending a Mike Casey seminar this past weekend and I was blown away! Not only with the knowledge bombs being dropped all over the place, but with the his ability to explain and demonstrate concepts. Thank you for your knowledge and time!

Mike Casey has an extraordinary ability to endlessly break down complex bjj concepts, identify tiny details that make all the difference, and magically turn whole hours into the blink of an eye.. I wouldn't miss the chance to train with him for anything. 10/10+++

I always enjoy training with Mike Casey. He has a wealth of knowledge and continuously seeks more knowledge and a deeper understanding of Jiu-jitsu that he shares openly and generously, not only with his "local" students but with those of us who attend his seminars. He is a skilled instructor, breaking the information down into consumable portions, leading to both a physical and a mental understanding of the concepts. Highly recommend!

I was lucky to attend a seminar with Mike over the weekend. Top notch stuff. 10/10. Teaching is a unique skill set. Mike has the ability to convey complex ideas in a way that students can understand and recall those ideas. Highly recommended.
