The hotel is situated in a great quiet location with some great attractions. A decommissioned naval ship, Buffalo sable rink and a children's museum.
The rooms are nice and the amenities are good.
The hotel is not family friendly and the staff do not like kids.

This is one of our favorite hotels! The employees are very kind and helpful. It is fast service from the Valet parking to the front desk to check in. Gracie in the restaurant was very helpful in assisting me with menu ideas! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Absolutely loved this hotel from the staff to the valet parking attendants. Great location to the hockey arena for Buffalo Sabres and the food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely going back!!
