Im not one to write reviews but I wanted to comment on the excellent customer service I received this week. I went into the store hours before a friends birthday and there was just one sweet girl working the store. She was able to help me pick out both a friends birthday gift and an outfit for a date I had coming up while being equally attentive to 4-5 other girls shopping at the same time and working through processing a new shipment of inventory. She was thoughtful enough to ask my budget and my total came out to the exact middle of my range. Amazing experience, thank you Kathryn!

Great store, better stuff BUT horrible customer service. (Closing time for Saturday not posted on door). Walked in at 5:55 not knowing they closed at 6. She was the rudest person Ive ever encountered! Never been treated like that. Will not be back!

I had the best experience at Fabrik! Everyone employee I interacted with was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The store was spotless and the girls were hard at work making sure the racks were straightened in order for others to be able to shop all products. Nothing was in my hands longer than a minute as the girls came by left and right taking my items and starting me a fitting room. Berry, the sweet girl that helped me made sure I had every size I needed and was more than willing to help me find different ways to wear each item! Money well spent, couldnt recommend this place more! A must stop when visiting Auburn!!!

Absolutely STUNNING items, but THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF i have ever seen! The receipt says her name is Brayden. No customer service skills what so ever! Harassed me the whole time I was looking, to the point of me almost putting my items back and leaving, in-between talking to a guy sitting on the couch eating. Then when it was time to pay, treated the older lady in front of me COMPLETELY different then she treated me, but when I asked her about it, she tried to backstep i guess to cover it. Saying "you just need to switch it up sometimes".Just a HORRIBLE experience. A shop like this deserves way better employees! Will NOT go back if she is the person working!
