I used them for several years and was very happy with the service until last year. It took forever to get ahold of someone to come do our prepaid service then it came with poor service. They were supposed to come back in the Fall to do that service but again never showed and never responded or answered calls. So I lost that money and had to hire another company. In the fall of 2018 they replaced our entire system, Following a maintenance visit, stating it had serious electrical defects and was a fire hazard. They informed us they would handle all the filing with our warranty company. However, after numerous calls, after 6 months of misdirection and lies, they admitted they had not. Upon followup with warranty company, it was past the filing deadline. So we ended up paying in full. In 2021, we purchased and had installed an air scrubber. On the contract it was stated they would move said scrubber to our new residence. After seven months of requests and delays, we are filing in small claims court to get resolution.
