        I have been using Autumn Air since May of 2022. I have the quarterly maintenance plan with them. They have always been polite and professional and done a great job. We bought an older home and ended up replacing the HVAC about a year after we moved in. Autumn Air gave us many options, discussed pros and cons, and answered all of our questions. It's a pleasure working with them. I do not always have the same technician, but ALL of them have been great! It's one of the few companies I still see where "customer service" is still a thing. Keep up the great work y'all!

        Not feeling good about Autumn Air. Ge inverter installed August '22. Air handler has stopped working over 10 times. And now the electrical breaker for the unit is tripping.

        Been a customer for 5 years. They did an awesome job on our old house. We just moved into a one year old house. They came for routine Fall inspection and found $1,800 worth of damage based upon improper installation when the home was built. This could have snowballed into a total unit failure. Autumn Airs attention to detail and overall customer service is second to none.
