In my opinion, Robert and Beth Russom are the best real estate agents in the business. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. We have worked with Robert and Beth on several properties over the years. They negotiated on our behalf to get the best possible price. They were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, and they made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend Robert and Beth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife have worked with Robert Russom twice. The first time 10 years ago seemed very pleasant, but the most recent experience was not good at all. Two times for buying a house and one for selling. We bought and sold a house in 2021. My wife and I worked very hard to make our house presentable and looking good(getting all the walls painted, removing the front bushes, keeping the yard mowed weekly). The weekend before the showing, he also asked me to mow my neighbor's lawn next door which I did, and apparently that wasn't enough. Robert asked me to mow my neighbor's yard down the street whom I did not know, and he became angry with me that I refused. He also did not show up to the Open House because of a prior engagement and never informed me until there was an issue with the AC. When we discussed the sales price, he wanted to go way below market value, and offer extra commission to the buyer so he could have better relationships and future sales. During the closing of my house, he made a COVID-19 joke which was very distasteful. I would never use this realtor again.

The Russoms did a fantastic job of representing us in the sale of our home. Robert has a great process for walking clients through preparing a house for sale, figuring out pricing, and effectively marketing the property. The pictures and video the Russoms produced represented our house extremely well. Robert was available and responsive to share his wealth of knowledge in real estate transactions above and beyond what one might normally expect. We were referred to the Russoms by a friend who is a satisfied client of theirs. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

We had an excellent experience with Beth and Robert. They are very knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and personable. We were in the market buying and selling at the height of the market and Robert made sure we were educated and prepared to deal with the challenges, including the financials. Robert impressed us with how quickly he learned what we were looking for in our next house. Not only that, but he helped us understand and refine our goals. Often I'm told "well it depends on what you want" but few will take the time to help me understand what I want, but this is something Robert helped us with. When it came time to sell our home, he helped us with the details and the resulting marketing really told the story, and helped sell the house. We experienced an incredibly competitive market but Robert helped us navigate it with confidence. Beth and Robert have such great insights in the market and were very happy to share with us and make our experience outstanding. I strongly recommend you call the Russoms when you're ready to either buy or sell a property. Just a simple client review like this does not do justice to the amount of work the Russoms put in to make sure we were satisfied with our home.

Sold our first house with the Russoms, I wish we had four more to sell - it was that easy of an experience. I dont think Ive ever met some one who was more competent in their profession than Robert. You can trust by choosing the Russoms youre selling with the best.
