Star Nails

I REPEAT DO NOT and I do mean DO NOT go to this Nail and Spa place.. unless You want a good back massage.. ( in the pedi chair) other than that ITs horrible. My 15 year old daughter treated me to a Mother and daughter pamper day. We both got a pedicure. My daughter toes are VERY SMALL so there wasnt no cutting, trimming and H8LL barely filing once the guy started on her feet he asked Who paying. My daughter said She was, How much ? HE SAID 30.. by the way .. No cutting on my toe nails but a lil grooming to my cuticles.. NO FILINGstart to the polish.. Well my daughter finished 1st she paid 60$. Ok 5 mins later Im done. I got up and started walking towards the door and was almost bum rushed by the lady. HEY YOU NOT PAY. I said Yes maam my daughter paid for BOTH.. she said Youre daughter paid for only hers. I said 60$. For Her feet? She said Yes prices went up. And its $55 for mines. SMH! We paid the $55 and will NEVER return back. And neither will my ppl that sent us there because they said they dont pay that much themselves. Remind you The guy that said 30 sat his tail RITE THERE DOING SOMEONE ELSE NAILS( that he messed up a day earlier) and SAID NOTHING. By the way. These are the most expensive French tips Ive ever had in my life. Star Nails Yall need to STOP over paying Just because its TAX TIME.. EVERYBODY NOT WALKING IN WITH TAX MONEY!!!

Ill never go back, I wanted French tip toes and had to get white due to terrible foundation, and was told I should get full color due to having a baby. That has nothing to do with anything. My toes was already square but now theyre kinda not. The lady talked so loud the whole time being there, it was not a peaceful relaxation experience. I wish the man would have told me he didnt know how to do it I would have went somewhere else. But never again. Heres my before, after acrylic, & finished. I still have a lot of dead skin at the bottom of my feet and he also used a nasty trash can when getting the dead skin off my feet never seen that before. Very unsanitary. NEVER AGAIN! Highly not recommended.

The place smells, watch out!! The owners are rude, their son came in with a play gun. He could have gotten hurt. WOW!! DON'T GO THERE, THEY DISRESPECT CUSTOMER. I ONLY NOTICED AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALES AS CUSTOMERS. Stop letting others disrespect you. You're classy right? BE BLESSED AND RESPECT YOUR DIGNITY.

I was looking for a new nail salon. The others I went to were crowded. I had Never tried Star Nails before. So I wasnt sure how my nails would turn out. She did a wonderful job with my nails. I will definitely be coming back.
