This review is after two visits. My first visit was great. The lady was super sweet and the price was reasonable. So I went out of my way to go back. My second visit was horrible! Not only did I wait an exorbitant amount of time before I was assisted (1 1/2hr). The two ladies that polished my toenails and did my manicure did not try to hide the fact that they were making fun of the gel polish color that I picked. Yes, I understood some of what they were saying. For a gel polish change on my toes, not a pedicure. And a manicure and gel polish. I was charged $90 before tip. You should ask the price of what it will be before hand. I will not be back even if they paid me.

This was my first time visiting this location. They are extremely understaffed. I came in for a simple gel pedicure. I waited for nearly 2 hours for a pedicure and finally decided to leave. Once I got up to leave the shop owner pleaded for me to stay but it was too late. I wanted to like this place but they need to be better staffed. For reference there were 4 nail techs and 7 customers. If the shop knew they were busy and could not handle the extra customers they should express that to customers.

This was my second time supporting this salon and I wasnt disappointed! Pedicures are wonderful and today I got my first full set for my birthdays and I was so happy! Thank y'all again !
