Go to this location periodically, usually on Sunday and yhe litt Jamaican lady who is usually on Drive thru, needs a mannerism reality check cause if the customer didn't come there she couldn't get paid....Iffff the order isn't correct and you ask for it to be corrected she will get sarcastic with you and close the window in your face mid conversation and walk off...somebody needs to remind her that great customer service is what she signed up for....just trifling....

I normally just eat breakfast there n Im fine but the one time I eat dinner from there I order a chicken sub meal a whopper bacon cheese burger and some nuggies n now me n my wife n our kids all have food poisoning that bk

I went through the drive thru tonight with my husband and order a few whopper jrs, nuggets and fries and wasnt paying attention to the time because I wouldnt have went to them honestly because they were about to close. But they honestly shouldve just said were closed and just turned us away because everything I touched to taste once I got home was TERRIBLE. It tasted like it had been sitting up under the lamp just baking the flavors out of the food. This location in Tarrant need to just shut down until they get better management because theres NO WAY I would EVER serve somebody the food they served us tonight.
