Services are clearly explained in laypersons' terms, and they don't overcharge you by over $1,000 for legal services you can accomplish yourself online for free plus the cost of a notary. They embrace innovation and are open to the fact that remote services exist everywhere in 2024. This means you won't have to make needless and inconvenient last-minute trips to their office for any reason. They deliver deadlines on time and keep their word. They don't drag things out for weeks that could be accomplished in days. Hired Mr. Chunn to handle my divorce. Had a court date get changed to a different date and he did not notify me till we were at court. Also had a temporary custody hearing and he showed up to court with none of the evidence that I had presented to him a year ago. He was not prepared for court and it seemed like my case was not important to him. I will never step foot in that firm again.

Poor corporate culture Employees still stuck in cubicles drowning in paper stacks ( paperless work places exist now ) Its like stepping back in time Definitely not an open door policy where questions and new ideas are welcomed

Its more of a good old boys club, very old school Doesnt seem to employ anyone of color at this firm No minorities My friend told me about her experience. She asked for a glass of wine while she waited to have her consultant with the attorney. The receptionist acted shocked that anyone would ask for that Being from a larger city, it is quite common to have a bar ion offices. Thankfully, she referred me to someone else in Mobile
