        My boyfriend and his family bought jeans here for a wedding. The store forgot to remove the anti theft tag. This location is two hours from the wedding. Went to the pell city location they couldnt remove it. Made us an hour late to the wedding venue.

        New to the area and thought I've give this place a try, walked in the doors and 3 associates never even turned their head as they had their conversation amongst themselves, searched through the men's, no one offered help, went to the kids, still no offer to help as they never turned a head. So we needed shoes, let's go to that section, saw one associate helping another gentleman, we waited until they got done, then the associate went in the back and never returned. Wasted 25-30 minutes in the store. We went to the mall and bought everything we needed as we were greeted as we came in the door. A little hello goes a long way in the world of hospitality. Could I have ask, sure. But that's not how a store full of employees standing in general conversation of what they were doing for the weekend would treat a potential customer.
