This place is hands down the best experience me and my family has had with RV's. They go the extra mile and make sure you get everything you ask for! The service department is great and easy to work with. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be telling all of my family and friends!

Best RV experience ever. I called & told them what trailer I wanted & all I wanted added to it. One week later, we made it to their lot with my trade in. They put us up for the night at the rv park right next door. The next morning, we had our walk through. (We are full timers & have had a few rv over the years) Best walk through ever. There were no issues, all was installed correctly, rv was spotless (not even any sawdust left in hard to reach places),......it was perfect. They went over EVERYTHING. Not only how it worked but what to look out for & expect. Then to paperwork. No problems what so ever, great price (40K off MSRP), great trade in value (6K over payoff), great interest rate (considering the times we are living in), friendly, & considerate. We got there at 8 am for walk through & was done with paperwork by 10:30am. They put us up at the rv park for another night so we could move all our stuff into the new rv. They delivered the new rv to the site right next to our. We moved our stuff & was back on the road by noon the following day. I have nothing but good things to say about Campers Unlimited. We drove 896 miles (one way) to deal with them & would gladly do it again.

We had a gut feeling on this place from our initial visit and really just should not have done any business with them. If it would not have been a very specific need and reasonable location we would have gone elsewhere. Drove 9 hours one way. We were told about 4 hours out that needed proof of insurance with something showing from ins company, might have mentioned this on the many phone calls on prior days. This was a first as prior not required proof of notice with new rv and loan bank name , prior just able to give name and insurance person name then call insurance provider next busy day. 45 min call since Saturday when local offices are closed.Only one member of the staff really did seem to care about the rv findings, the person that was doing final walk through. We have bought many new rv's and truly a first of such horrible Inspection, no way an Inspection person could have missed. Just by some comments and reactions I am sure this dealership would have just dried, clean up and sold to us if they would had seen prior to us finding. There definitely needed to be repair and replacement of things such as insulation. They would not work with us for co-owners nor work with us as long distance. Other dealer is working better w us co owners and overnight paperwork back and forth as needed. Came to find out after better rv and price elsewhere with much better service. They tried to make us feel better somewhat however this needed higher management involved which never came to talk with us and with initial reactions and comments; our trust was lost and enough could not have been done for us to trust products they sell as obviously they are not fully and regularly looking at inventory and with our service prior, calls working with them, and that day there they just did not meet expectations.

5 stars to the wonderful people that work at Campers Unlimited!!! Welcomed us in like family ! Very knowledgeable sales staff . Very polite and helpful parts and service staff. Loved on our fur baby and made sure our needs were met. No pressure sales was so refreshing ! We told them what we were looking for and was directed to our perfect idea to suit our needs ! We will definitely be back , and recommend you to all our friends!

If I could give them 0 star I would. Sad to say, but this business is the most poorly run RV shop I have ever experienced. There are zero communication skills, diagnostic and repair skills and even less management skills. Just a horrible customer service!
