        Do not purchase any luggage from here. Purchased an expensive set for a business trip and one of the spinner wheels broke. I returned from business trip and went to return this...after contacting customer service regarding this issue. The store wouldn't give a refund since it was over 30 days but I was not back in town when the wheel broke so couldn't return it. Customer service had told me that if I was not satisfied then I could return it up to 180 days for store credit. There was no resolution for my issue besides maybe try contacting London Fog. I have been a customer for this location and even a previous employee....I will NEVER shop at Macys again. This luggage was too expensive for this kind of treatment. DO NOT BUY LUGGAGE FROM HERE...IF YOU DO, I PRAY YOUR TRIP IS BEFORE THE RETURN CUTOFF...Don't listen to anything customer service says cause stores will not honor.
