After my car broken into, 3 instances of porch pirates taking items from my apartment door, being accosted by a nonresident in the complex because NONE of their gates are working and have not been for over one and a half years, I ask to have my lease broken with out any buy out fees. Management agreed to this only if I would remove a previous review that spoke of these problems .I took down the scathing review and left in January 15th ! I kept my insurance valid til January 29th 2024, that final day of my lease. I have a copy of their document signed and I paid the amount shown including water!!! I now have a letter demanding I pay water bills for those 60 days they let me out of, along with administrative fees , and smoking odors in the apartment. Many nights I spent with the heavy smell of Marijuana both from my vents and the front door. I was in fear of my safety stepping outside due to the drug activity I had in and around my apartments breezeway! If you value peace and serenity not to mention personal safety do not move here. Its not gated or even patrolled! I am contacting an attorney to handle this, And I am contacting the Mobile police department to check on my car breakin and report some suspicious activity that takes place across from my old apartment ! This place has no trees , very little greenery and is tantamount to living in a penal colony! Be advised I have witnesses to all of the events. Police report , and Amazon records detailing the stolen merchandise.think twice before going here. Also, the groundskeeper , who I a nice older guy , but he Carrys a side arm while hes there!! Since they reneged on their end of the agreement, I am re-posting my original review that I took down to honor my part of our bargain. All of this is true .. if you move there you will see it first hand!

I took my issues to management and they addressed each one and have shown concern for them . They have answered each issue and are making changes to correct them. They resolved them in a professional manner. I am satisfied.
