Sorry about your disappointment with our work Sir this is the first I have heard that you were disappointed!! I have been waiting for you to schedule to come back and have me install the hood latch you had us order and have not received your call for us to do that yet !!! We also did other repairs and that were extra and you were not charged for saved you money $$$ on those repairs !! Sir we here at Larry's Body & Paint we do not drive our customers cars off our lot so if the gas needle was low it was low when you brought your car in for repairs I am the sole owner and employee here at Larry's Body shop and I promise you I would never drive a person's car . Anywhere!! I really would have liked to have spoken to you first before you went on social media and wrote about your disappointment in my work I strive to make every customers experience with my work and shop great I can not read minds so if you don't tell me there is a problem there is no way I can see or fix what is wrong!! So please next time speak up tell the business owner that is doing work for you about your disappointment in there work and when you tell them to order a part call them back and schedule a time to come in and get that part you had them order for you!! I still have the part and it cost me money $$ and a restocking fee to return it to my vendor I ordered the part from!!! Its just good buisness and it takes both sides the person wanting the work done and the person doing the work its all about communication so please please next time speak up before you slander a person business and person's representation like you did here on the day you placed this on this social media platform Thanks for Consideration !
