I've had the best experience with this agent from the beginning. The agent and staff were very helpful when I stopped by their office. They were able to answer all of my questions and were happy to answer additional questions I thought of after leaving the office. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and kind agent, look no further!

I get the runaround each time a call is made to ask questions about my policies. The staff that answers the phone is courteous, but is always unsure of concerns and says the agent will call back when she is available. Ive never received a return call. I have attempted to drop by the office on the days and hours posted, but it is closed without notice. Ive strongly considered driving there while on the phone with the staff, but reconsidered because the majority of the times Ive called, the agent has not been on site. These concerns did not exist with the previous agent that was at the location prior to her retirement. Ive since reached out to the customer service department so I can consider switching my agents.
