Good at with they do. Timing/scheduling isn't their strong suit. If you are in a rush go somewhere else, unless you are on a name basis with your tech. 4hrs simple nails and pedicure. I read reviews before going so I can't say I wasn't totally surprised but maybe the 4hrs was an exaggeration it was not. I wish them luck in the future and the patrons patience.

Went yesterday March 22 for my appointment that was set for 2:30 PM. I did not get service until an hour later. Even forgot to give my friend and myself our drink the first time they asked, until we got started on an hour later. Whats the point of an appointment when we dont get service on time??? If I wanted to be treated as a walk in, I wouldve. Or better yet, if you couldnt do service on my appointment time when I called to make the appointment, you couldve told me over the phone. I called several salons before I called you and one even told me that couldnt fit my friend in same time so it wouldnt be best for us to go to them. I left paying $95. I got the collagen pedi with soak off on toes and I got my nails soaked off. I was suppose to get a manicure but didnt have time to do it since you started an hour later on my service. I left with acrylic still on my nails, Ive been trying to scrap off this morning. Please understand people make appointments for a reason. Beautiful salon, but it doesnt cover up the fact that if you have no workers to work on scheduled appointments, it doesnt make up the slack.

Love my nails but don't love the fact that I was charged for soak off for sns. So what's included in the $45 charged for sns? Been a faithful customer for over a year now! I have never been charged for soak off and cut down for sns. Watch for hidden fees!

Absolutely loved my visit!!!! I will definitely be going back. I loved Hannah, she was so sweet! Also treated my little girl like a princess . She wants to go back again next week
