J & T Nails

Be very careful with these people over pricing no price list posted , then have the nerve to get angry , act very aggressive and unprofessional. I have two unpleasant experiences with aggressive behavior at this nail shop when you let them know something is wrong with your nails.

I went in for a refill ONLY!!! First thing The lady took it upon herself to cut one of my nails! I was like all I needed was a refill, she went to talking in her language which was rude so I turned my translator on! So while they were talking it was translating it! Needless to say they were talking discussing my nails. I told her what colors I wanted & it took 3 of them to try & find them & couldn't so they were giving me what they had! So she attempted to do her own colors on my nails I was like I didn't like it! She Said $75!!! FOR WHAT They went to talking in that language again so I responded to lady & said I didn't ask you to cut my nail & you didn't have my colors why not say you can't do or don't have you it! since it's an issue get this off my nails and I will go somewhere else! Then I said Google is the man! A lady on the side of me was laughing cause we knew what they were saying! They were very unprofessional wanna charge too much when they didn't have right colors & don't know how to do what is asked! So it was $40 nails & looked like I still needed a refill! They definitely don't cater to the Brown people!! Service was horrible
