        They came out and did an assessment of my issue. It turned out it was the septic tank, but they left the cap off overnight. N. Gunn Correction: After my post, I received a call from the attendee and was informed that the cap was left off intentionally because of the issues I was having. Leaving it off would minimize my issue until I could have the septic tank issue addressed. He apologized and thought he had made himself clear to my husband that he was leaving it off and why. I commend him for his swift response and appreciate them taking pride in their work and quick response to the review. Note: I did receive same day service as promised. Thank you!
