To share the complexity of my tax challenges would would go beyond a simple review! Paula has been an outstanding example of what an individual/small business owner needs when faced with such challenges. She calmed the stress associated with such an un-nerving obstacle. She laid out a POA with exact details. She set specific time lines for task and, respectfully held me accountable for meeting deadlines, all while maintaining communication with me & the IRS. The detailed results immediately lifted much pressure while giving me the guidance needed to avoid future mistakes. 5 stars all the way

I am not even so much surprised by the insanely smug treatment (from Mr. Richard Lindsey), as I am more hurt by his callous judgment and severe lack of professionalism. Mr. Richard took one look at my family & I, and automatically made up his mind that he was uninterested. Sorrryyy if we weren't as fancy as you were in your toddler suit, and WHO could pass up on those trendy Pinocchio-Shoes you were stunting, right?! Then, had the audacity to just rudely spout off a random cost-estimate of almost $500 for a *BASIC/EZ* filing (with 0 itemizations, mind you). Umm what?! Mr. Richard Lindsey clearly isn't in the business to actually aid people/families as his website bio would falsely suggest. He could care less to do taxes for anyone other than millionaires. Wouldn't we all, you complete D.A.!! but it's "The Good ol' Boys" in this town that are his focus. Helping struggling families? Ha! Richard has ZERO interest or empathy. Jesus has your number though, you heartless man...and you better PRAY that he doesn't come callin' for ya soon, you geriatric jerk. Good luck. You'll be needing it with your rising levels of bad karma.

I have been using the services of Lindsey and Waldo, for over 20 years and have had the best customer experience ever. They are always available to take your phone calls and answer any question with great enthusiasm and knowledge. Ever year I know that I am protected from any accounting errors and have nothing to fear from the IRS because of they strict adherence to detailed, which is a direct reflection of they professionalism.
