The ladies working today (9/14) were so unbelievably kind and friendly.. to the point where I didnt even know their store had already closed! They stayed open late because of me and they never held it over me, and still made the entire checkout process fun! I really appreciated the above and beyond service!!!

Great experience for my wife and I. With our 50th wedding anniversary looming, my wife was looking for a new dress in her size, to wear to our party/vow re-newal ceremony. We had gone to all the big box stores in town, with no success! Decided to look for a smaller, more personal type of dress shop, and found Torrid on the net. When we arrived, the clerk on duty was Angela, who is also the manager at the store here in Mobile, Alabama in the mall. She really impressed us both with her personal service, interest, kindness, knowledge, and attention to my wife's needs! She found her a dress that wowed her and fit her! You will never get her service in any big box store! Angela, we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and caring you gave my wife during a stressful period of searching for just the right outfit! You have earned a new customer!
