Thank you so much to every employee in there tonight, they helped me NOT get scammed from someone on Facebook and showed me how I was getting scammed. The employees there were all amazing and helped me not have a bad day and to lose a very expensive item

Zelda Road- If you have a box delivered from Amazon, they will charge you to tape up the hole that it has in it even though it hasnt been open clearly and the hole was caused by UPS. Also, they do not want to handle large boxes so they will send you on a ride to the UPS hub only to be greeted with the fact that the UPS hub can not print the label and Hub says the UPS store should help you. I spent over 2 hours and still have my package because I can print a label and tape a box myself. I do not get upset easily but after sending me on a 40 minute ride and then suggested I pay you more to repack the box! They should have been apologizing knowing the Hub could not print the Amazon label.

Manager was (and always is) extremely helpful and takes care of business on a timely basis.
