If I could give them a zero thats what it would be The only good thing I can say is the arrangement is beautiful. But the Customer Service, Confidentiality and Promptness is awful If you want us to support our heritage, provide quality service I will definitely never support this business again. How dare you write a customers credit card number down on a piece of paper laying around for easy access to fraud.. Invest in your business and update your hand written system and use encryption when handling customers credit card information Lord OUR PEOPLE I tried to support but Im going back to what I know and where I know quality is first priority Encryption- the process of converting information or data into a code, especially to prevent unauthorized access. "I use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online" Well this business writes your credit card information on a piece of paper that floats around in the pile of junk on their counter. Easy access to fraudulent activity. Very poor customer service!! Had I read the reviews first I would have never used them.. Lesson learned.. But you definitely reap what you sow!!!!! Sad part we live in the same neighborhood

I have ordered online with E and E twice. Both sets of flowers have been excellent! Although Ive never been to their shop, online service and phone customer service are top notch. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Best in Montgomery AL!! E & E, specifically Mrs. Erica MADE my day! I came into E & E thinking that my options would be really limited due to me needing something instantly (another business had messed my plans and flowers all up). Erica said, Let me see what I have in the back. She came out 10 mins later with a beautiful arrangement that she had just thrown together. Fam, it was beautiful and she will have my business (and she should have yours too) for the remainder of my time in AL! Ditch the global flower companies and go with E&E, youll be thankful you did!
