They have paper thin walls, you can literally hear conversations from other rooms. New location so everything appeared clean and neat. I would say it's an OK hotel and it is worth the price overall. I stayed 4 days and I enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. The eggs and meat selection looked like roadkill that was re-heated each morning. It looked as if they left the food in there for days at the time and rarely stirred it .

Should be less then five stars due to the low lighting in the room. All else in the spacious room was fine.

Web reservation did not allow selecting top floor. We called two hours out and front desk told us to call corporate. Phone to customer service answer by foreign service agent with fair English skills but could not pronounce my name, city name and other enunciation issues. Assured us two room suite on top floor. On arrival it was third floor, with no suites available on top floor. We elected a two single bed room on top floor. The Bossier City folks shared our frustration and made every effort to serve us well, but by arrival there weren't any options available. Room was well cleaned and prepared, bath was well appointed and beds comfy - it just wasn't what we had attempted to reserve.
