        Absolutely terrible agency. I've had allstate for years and never had an issue until being with this agency. Agent Mia Rollins set up my policy and gave me false information twice resulting in me paying more for roadside coverage and then being shorted when I actually needed the coverage. Just shows poor training on their part. Definitely take your allstate policy elsewhere where agents actually know what they're doing.
