Pure Barre - CLOSED

I moved here recently from a much larger city and I was really anxious to get into a fitness routine. I know that typically when you are new to a place, you can't just walk in. You need to schedule an intro class. Pure Barre is a national chain so the website, promotions, class formats are all provided to each location by corporate. On Pure Barre's website, I submitted my info to be contacted for this location to try my first class. I got several emails (now added to an email list) telling me to download the app, search for the "Foundations" class at this location and schedule it. Well, no such class was on their schedule anywhere. I also received an email that someone from this location would be in touch with me to schedule my class. I waited 4 days, that's 4 days of no workouts which is a long time for me. I'd messaged on Instagram for this location. I'd emailed. I'd called - nobody picked up and at that point I didn't bother leaving a message. I should not be jumping through hoops here, especially when I tried the route designed by Pure Barre to sign up for my class. Someone finally called from this location after I had contacted corporate customer service but by that point, I wasn't impressed. I see all the 5 star acclamations on here. The owner finally called started to tell me what a wonderful group of women they are. So I'm thinking, maybe they want to keep their wonderful group of women as is, without new members (notice all the other reviews are from over 2 years ago) I was initially so excited, and now very disappointed with this location. (By the way, the 2 Mont. locations are owned by the same person) So, I contacted Club Pilates online, I was contacted by phone that same morning about 8:15am, got signed up for my first class that day and I really had a great experience. PS I can't get off the email list from Pure Barre telling me to sign up for my first class!

Ive been going to Pure Barre East Montgomery for several months and I love it! The instructors are so welcoming and skilled, with lots of positive energy to go around. I cant recommend this full body workout enough - not just to get toned but also to have fun and feel great!

Rachael and Tyler were wonderful, very helpful friendly and positive people dedicated to helping us get back in shape!Highly recommend!

The instructors are awesome! The workout is a great low-impact mix of difficulty and stretching. The 5:30 a.m. regulars are so sweet, I highly recommend Pure Barre East Montgomery!
