        I started pilates in my first trimester and I can confidentally say it has helped with my pre existing and pregnancy back pain. I wanted to start something low impact that would also give me a good stretch and my OB thought it was a great idea to start pilates. I love that no class is the same and each instructor has their own unique way of doing things.

        What I like is that I see results. If I go 2 weeks without a class it shows. This is a lifestyle and every class works different parts of your body. I'm 47 and no time ever have I used some of these muscles. I appreciate the care that the staff gives in giving modifications for injuries or underdeveloped skills (muscles/fatigue). It's a judgement free zone and you are always improving. As you think you mastered a skill you find a new technique to sharpen. Longer, leaner and pain free is where I'm taking overall health fitness and this is where that's at. Thank y'all!
