Warning, DO NOT rent from this agency, I rented a car from this airport to drive one way to another airport because of a flight cancellation. First, they charged me an amount that was 3x the original quote. Then after a month has passed, they tried to bill my credit card $1,400 dollars, I am pressing charges for fraud. Do not give this agency a credit card number,

As an long time executive elite member and someone who rents weekly, I've been around the block, while waited for my baggage I checked out the available cars in the lot, the cars were plentiful with an abundance of nicer to luxury cars... when I went to the counter I was assigned a Mitsubishi crossover,(reserved a sedan) having 2 bad experience with Mitsubishi vehicles in past I kindly ask for a different vehicle, and ask if there were any nicer sedans available... the lady responded with "I have Sonata or cherokee" having looked I specifically asked for a bmw or audi, she got short and repeated " I have a sonata or cherokee" not wanting to be confidential I took the cherokee. Normally I don't even care what car I get, but I was driving 6 hours and wanted something comfortable to drive, instead i got a crossover SUV that couldn't even get out of its own way.... also was the second week in a row this similar senerio happeded, first week was a one-way (I get it), this week was not... next time I will be trying my luck with Avis
