Mr. Dowling was very courteous and polite . He even bought us lunch not knowing if we were serious buyers . Hes a very honest man and family oriented . we are very grateful to him because He spent many hours showing us home . Surprisingly, while living in Japan we came across Britt on YouTube simply looking for information about our move to Montgomery, AL. His wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and overall presentation about the city and surrounding areas encouraged us to reach out and ask for his help to find our home. Needless to say, Britt made the process seamless with his network of real estate professionals. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our home and thankful for Britts professionalism and warm welcome into the community.

Britt has quickly become what feels like a real friend to my husband and I. He's been so kind and helpful from the very beginning. I actually found him via his YouTube channel which I did not plan on doing. I was searching for Montgomery videos and any knowledge I could obtain since we are out of state. His videos brought me some peace and calm during this quick move. I could tell he knew all of the areas/neighborhoods very well. After watching so many, I decided to reach out. He was able to take us on as clients and I knew right away I made the right choice. He's been in Montgomery almost his whole life. He has been efficient, quick, and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. He's even helping follow up with our Lendor, which in my opinion, is going the extra mile.
