        Reserved a large truck 4 days in advance and they call us 30 minutes before our pick up time to tell us they dont have our truck and that we have to pick up at a different location at a later time. We asked why we could even reserve it in the first place and she said Because it was on the schedule and that they were trying to take it off the schedule. If you offer a service, people are going to expect that you have it and expect you to have the decency to let you know well in advance. This has happened to many people, not just us.

        One person to process everybody, at least 20 people ahead of us, took at least 45 minutes in line, not happy about that!

        We always use u haul when moving. Staff is friendly and polite. They have boxes, hand trucks, and moving items you're going to need.
